Questions, answered
Do I need a card to start the free trial?+
No. Your 3-day trial starts as soon as you register and no payment details are required.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in and view your products, sales and reports, but you'll need to subscribe to record new sales or stock changes. Nothing is deleted.
How do payments work?+
Pay securely through Paystack, monthly or yearly (yearly gets 2 months free). Businesses in Nigeria pay in Naira by card, bank transfer or USSD; businesses in other countries pay in US dollars by card. Choose automatic renewal or pay each period yourself, and upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the Billing page.
Can I use StockPilot outside Nigeria?+
Yes. StockPilot works in any country: sell in your own currency, use your local time zone and phone numbers, and pay for your subscription in US dollars.
Can my staff use it?+
Yes. Invite staff as admins, managers, cashiers or inventory staff. Each role only sees what it needs — cashiers can't delete products or see your profit reports, for example.
Is my data separate from other businesses?+
Yes. Every business has its own isolated workspace, and every request is checked on the server against your account.
Can I import my existing products?+
Yes — upload a CSV with your product names, prices and quantities, or add them one by one.
Does it work on my phone?+
